Chris Wadsworth
Percy Kelly - Looking East to the Ennerdale Fells
Writer and Art Consultant

25th November 2015

It’s here! The Life Class - a memoir of an accidental gallerist - has just arrived and it looks really good.  With over 100 orders already in, I am sitting in a sea of packaging waiting for the elves to work their magic. I look at the labels and there are addresses in Norway, USA, France, Menorca  as well as the UK.

For those who are among that 100+, yours will be going to the post office this afternoon so you will have them very soon.

The Official publication date is the end of February when it will be available in bookshops, Amazon etc and in the digital version.  And I will be speaking and signing at the official launch at Theatre by the Lake on 6th March at the Festival of Words and Ideas.  In the meantime, by special dispensation, the publisher has released a pallet direct from the printers for Christmas.  So until then you can only obtain it as follows -

1 The easiest is to come to Castlegate House on Saturday 5th December  between  12.00 – 2.00 where I will smile and sign. Many of you have reserved copies to pick up then.

2 If you can’t make that I will leave plenty of books at the gallery for you to peruse and buy at your leisure.

3 If you live far far away or have better things to do go to There you will find a list of all the books available and at the top you will find Life Class. Simply put name address and debit/credit card details. This is absolutely simple, safe and secure (you don't need passwords either). If you want to order several and wish any to go to a different address, this is possible. Just put an additional address top right.  You can e mail me with a special personal message if you wish and I'll write it in for you - I don't trust those pesky elves with the spelling.

4 If you don’t use the internet  you can send a cheque made out to me Chris Wadsworth but I don’t want to give my private address  here in this newsletter as the trolls might get hold of it. So you will have to e mail me  for further  cryptic instructions.

Remember the book is inter-active. I know some of you have already had a look at the chapter headings and images on  and are even more intrigued.

It’s really good value at £8.99 as a stocking filler for Christmas. (but I would say that wouldn’t I?)

And now it’s back to the elves.
