THE SHORTEST DAY

michael Bennett; winter field

This is the lowest point of the year brightened by Christmas lights, good food, good friends and family reunions. At least we can look forward to more daylight from now on. There could be snow, there will be rain but things can only get better.

Of course this could be the shortest day ever -  but if this reaches you at 3.00 pm  you can conclude the world hasn't come to an end.

If the world doesn't screech to an end today then all good wishes for 2013. We'd best just live for the moment and stop worrying about past or future. Just enjoy life and be nice to each other..

I was touched by the response I got to my rather daft story (thanks for the links and advice you sent about trough buying!) so maybe my new year resoloution will be a few more little stories in the newsletters. There will be a new book in 2013 and also a new project - something else to look forward to. I'll keep you posted.

HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND A PEACEFUL NEW YEAR FROM THE PINK EGG.
